Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies

Steps:
1. Types of clients we have, and the types we will approach.
* Media/Marketing
* Education
* Research
* Product info management
2. Revamp website to be consistent with our new brand. Update LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook,
3. Update logo
4. Clear message on every single social media channel.
5. Start cleaning up old material and deleting it off the internet.
Suggestion keep on working with eMedia workspace, wait until 2024 to release new branding with eMediaLibrary. As we have made some headway and created interest in eMediaWorkspace.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCES:
NEW CLIENTS
1. Get New Leads - Warm, and Cold.
2. Find different way of reaching out!! You can’t keep repeating the same message to the clients you’ve already relayed the same message to. Make it more personal to the client
3. Make sure our website accurately reflects what we do.
CURRENT CLIENTS
1. Maintain and update communication with current clients, and inform them or persuade them to transfer to the new version of emedia library.
2. Find different way of reaching out!! You can’t keep repeating the same message to the clients you’ve already relayed the same message to. Make it more personal to the clients
3. We want to specialize with the things we are already doing. Not branch out anymore, use agile methodology and information acquired during RnD to acquire new clients

1. Offer them something that isn’t a struggle to get started, something easy.
2. EG: easy to find things, quick access to your assets, Recycle some things from the intermedia website.
3. Max Six pages of information on a flyer.
4. Focus on creating more interest than info dumping on new prospects, set up a free meeting in person to explain in more detail what we do.
Let’s really work on defining the bottom line we want in the product as far as functionality, It'll really be worth it to establish something like this in the product.

Focus on capabilties instead
Basically we need to come up with main thing, search for what they want to search for.
Grounded explanation, come to the point.

- New features video's
- Crop tool / guidelines
- Search guidelines / refine
- Product information with entities / activiteites instead of files / add typefield, but production type
- Create hacks, explain it to them.
- Tell people where to click, refine a little more.
- Whitepaper how do we set these customers up, best user cases, some tutorials, some best practises.
