When deploying - It does appear to work, but the positions (1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. Didn't work. Order was supposed to be Work orders, Clients, projects, galleries, Categories then people.
Categories didn't add at all and the entities appeared in random positions.

Springer server is an older version. You should be testing with the em11 examples sites
Bulk upload test to the Springer site failed, stuck on scanning for new files. Also unable to deleted the added folder from the sidebar again, it did delete from records.

Also, the change for refresh on MacOS to Command R seems to have propagated to Windows as Control R. Seems more logical to keep it as F5 for Windows but not sure it's that big of a deal. Keeping with system defaults just makes more sense to me.

BUG: Don't show import types on drop down menu for automatic importer if the uploading is not enabled. Have a small note if it does show, Enable uploading to use this feature.
BUG URGENT: Conversion problems seem to be happening often with photo uploads using the automatic folder importer. Jpegs it happens often.

Nice to have: Replace duplicate files with most recent version that's been uploaded with the same name, previously uploaded files should be in version history not in files area displaying as duplicates in file area
If the file gets hung up on conversion and is still in the middle of the conversion process, the server will think it's not uploaded. The only current solution is to go to details viewer and replace original file or upload it again. But this is awkward and inefficient, ideal would be to be able just hit rescan and the scanner would just know which files are not converting properly and just overwrite or replace them. Ideal is to be able to hit rescan and it will only fix files that need fixing.
BUG: Removing Auto Folder doesn't work, Error toast pops up.
Ui: Clicking abort will pause uploads, but it won't change the button to "Scan again, or restarrt " when you want to continue.
BUG: when you select a category in Automatic folder importer, the UI goes black, and you have to click on the tab of the category that you want to add a folder to, in order to make it functional and turn white again.

NAVIGATION BUG: When viewing assets using the direction buttons on the details viewer, the user cannot X out without going back to the entity homepage. It goes back too far. But if userr just vbiews a single asset, it will bring them to the correct area.
Hey, Just a thought When I was uploading screenshots while making documentation, I found that there was a usability/workflow issue which made it a bit difficult to be more granular on where I import files using the sync feature. Whats difficult is that I can't really choose which subfolder I push files into. This can be solved by requiring the user to setup the synced folder sub folders to mirror the entity subfolders exactly, Or being able to add a new "Import" Button next to the upload icon in subfolders, that way you can push files from your local desktop directly into a subfolder in the entity?

BUG: Clicking Location button in timeline video editor causes screen to go fuzzy
BUG: Clicking on Events in Video timeline editor makes screen go fuzzy and freezes up.
After you add a new folder the app should auto refresh, User has to manually refresh to see changes in files area.
When User drops a new file into synced local folder, auto upload does not start automatically.

Can you change the "Delete extra files" Button to be more specific on what it does? We need to change the action slightly, instead of deleting the files completely without a trace on your local folder, instead send to either "trash bin" on mac or "recycling" On windows. This way there is a way to undo this action without stress for the user.
Create the records as soon as the files start uploading. This is made for slow internet so should be indicating progress in a more accurate way.

Apps are named differently: Previous version was named emedialibrary.app. New one is named emedia Library.app. This causes it to not be replaced when installing an updated version. Please put version in Metadata of app and leave title the same so it will automatically replace old version with new install.
Fix Unidentified developer block for IOS upon first click after install.
For now, when you first install the eMediaLibrary desktop app, It will not open if you just click on the application icon. Get dialogue that says "Cannot verify application is free from malware" Unidentified developer. You have to manually override this but only for the first time. Would be good to fix this.

Separated the demo deploy now it takes 25 seconds with no Elastic/Data manipulationi, createad additional one that will update Template and rsync Elastic/Data at midnight daily
Elastic takes more than 30 seconds to load on demo, we have 8 catalogs and this is an small server, that is why every other time Elastic got corrupted on the restarts we made. So, should we reduce catalogs? or I was thinking doing the deploy only extracting new files and doing only once a day the Database restore (copy from template)

Top Bugs and features for the week of Dec 19/2023:
1.When adding a folder in "departments" to https://template10.entermediadb.org/university/find/index.html The folder creates properly, but you cannot drag folder to move into another folder. You still only have the one option to add a sub folder to the folder you want. No dragging. This would be under the "nice to have" but not a bug or totally important.
2.Sort in all files section is not showing correctly, In gallery view, It shows page 2 in error, causing bug to happen if you switch to table then try to sort by clicking on a header. Please inspect and fix.
3.Feature: Quick Navbar spinner icon. Add please to indicate loading page
4.When you cancel the upload and then come back into it, it remembers your old upload and doesn't remove cancelled files so you end up with a ton of duplicates. (Maybe solve issue by having a recently uploaded section, to show recent uploads so it’s easier to track down duplicates and not have a big mess.)
5.When you change name of folders in properties, in departments, it doesnt' refresh the name. (FIXED). But nice to have immediate update without refreshing page.
6. Filter by Video on summary bar not working.
7. Search again for "2023" and click on the category called "Media Captures (14) View All In Seaches, text too low on folder results in drop down search results. It risks overlap, formatting issue on search results
8. After uploading test media to a sub folder in Departments directory, clicking on sub folder shows no media. ( FIXED)
9. In tae dev site Extra entity folders or capture folders in sidebar, and they are all empty! Everytime he imports the system tries to make another, need to clean up.
10. Search in top bar, clicking on files shows search window on right with text from top search bar. When "clear filters" is selected, it closes the files view and leaves the search text in the top bar

-Summary: Add a button to go directly to config the View to add-remove fields
-Scrollling issues with sticky headers
-Some scrolling or layout issues when some of the Containers (white background) are bigger than his container (dark-blue) so it looks broken
-Have a way to login or access catalogsettings when siteroot is wrong. (we just talk about that this morning and looks like is more important than we think)
-He says they use a lot the "Add to Cart" approach including all the workflow of approving the carts, etc. so he really wants that in this version
-Also he is not super fan of the summary, maybe if it can be moved to the left or be included in the current sidebar (this is just what he say)
-We need to review language option since they use the DAM in french most of the time

I was able to make it with The Music Academy, was couple of minutes late. He just have 3 requests, looks like the multi-value-entity-filter field I changed for him last time is not using the ajaxed-select2 funcionallity and the filters became slow again, Im fixing that. He also wants the X to remove individual filter options, I'll see if it is possible with that component.

I Don't know if this is useful but I had idle hands so I went on Weatherford's website and looked at their course structures and the way they categorize stuff and came up with some custom fields and grid boxes that might work. If you create a project in "Departments" You'll see it makes a bit more sense. I also edited the grid box fields that are displayed on the project. If you could add a primary media upload eventually to the grid boxes when it's more of a priority, I can start to kind of make the Grid boxes look nice with some media, and start copying things off their website to reflect some of their aesthetic. I can also start making some quick test data text documents and PDFs in bulk in Canva in a few minutes by just making random text files in Canva, really quickly to mimic coursework. They also have template presentations that look really good that I can download in a matter of 30 seconds.
If you would like me to start clearing the previous test site data from template10 demos I'd be happy to help. Like the AGBU summer Camp files, and the Alfred music sheet music files.

1. The Camp Admin role does not seem to have access to grab the share link for the session, but can get a share link for an individual upload folder. We need the camp admin to have access to the share link for the Session so that they can provide it to the parents

5. I am seeing 2 very different image upload experiences for the camp admin role and need to provide them with instructions. If I am in the details of a session and click the upload button as shown here, it brings me directly to select images, and after upload there is no confirmation or anything. You don’t even realize you were successful until you go back to view the gallery. This is probably what they will prefer as it is quick. But a confirmation would be ideal.
If I click the upload button from the gallery page, I am brought to this screen, which is much more complicated and I’m not sure what to instruct the camp admin to select? Do they have to pick an Entity? Are the Tags freeform or will it pull from the corporate AGBU set of tags?
6. Camp Admin seems to have access to create a new program, I don’t think they should be able to do that, they should only be able to create a session and upload folders. I am testing with camp admin user ElizaS. This is not critical

Chris, I meet Music Academy, he is doing very interesting Data relationships with his tables. One request he has is if there is a way to have a "update in cascade" field (Select one value and update 1 or more fields in the same form) I kind of remember we have something like that, right?
The other one is, he is creating some temporary tables for his workflow, he wants to some users approve first data, then once approved data can be filled in the Main table. I told him that can be easily done with Scripts, he is not a Java programmer but definitely have some coding background, so I offered him next meeting (next Wednesday, you can join us and maybe give him a brief introduction to scripts so he can start creating some custom script), is this fine?

In Black folder editor, in Projects, it won’t allow uploading files or folders, I have to use the cloud folder.
For some reason there are frequent errors upon uploading files this way.
Not all folder windows have the same options depending on if it’s a product, event, Project or episode, But it’s
problematic when they don’t have very much information to specify metadata
Wont let me make a new season in Episodes. Suggest a different entity structure, Series - Season - Episodes, Maybe rename primary entity to Seasons? Or Series?

I was able to make it work, checked in some important change we may review together, but it makes it work. Still need to polish the GUI, maybe review permissions, but I think the widget will work perfect for them.

Yes FP working better, after cleaning all old garbage + fixed that small bug. Remaining stuff to do is find better way to display specific timestamp the Face appears in a video and maybe change the component so when clicking on it, takes you to the Video Timeline tool instead of opening the FaceProfile entity dialog.
Other than that, there is only couple false positives with 2 assets, 1 is absolutely wrong is identifying a face in the Mars Vehicle, the other one it is a face match for different people but cached from a very small face in photo.

Done with css fixes, I become with a proposal of show only one Asset in the Grid, I think fits better for smaller and wide screens, also is always confusing when some of them shows one asset and others 2 and others nothing.
I think we also make the link in the asset open the actual entity, not the asset. but let me know what do you think.
Later I visualize we can sow more assets when someone hovers the thumbnail or we put a hover arrow to navigate an small carousel or something fancy.

It is very responsive for me, like milliseconds. Fixed a bunch of searchtype related issues in JavaScripts for tables in the submodules. We stoped testing them since only couple of entities has pre-configured relations. We may start thinkink in create a Test set with Jmeter for Finder App.

Making goood progres with Windows issue.
Started with a complete blank project, was trying to add just a btn to open a Dialog, but, found that I had to host the page containing the button and the Javascript somewere, instead of that I opened Finder as regular, and after couple tweaks the selecting folder dialog it is working in the EXE.

Found the issue with the Demos, it was a huge stack trace occurring because the faceprofiles group field, looks like an asset got to big to store data, this was consuming all memory and make Demos unresponsive. Still not able to reproduce the issue, but here is the stack trace in case occurs again.

Dieneke, I went through invoices scripts and found couple of places where invoice month may not be displaying correctly, but I think I fixed all them.
Now, for current invoices, we need to go 1 by 1 and review the product (from where the invoice is being created) and be sure the Product name contains the variables (${invoicemonth}) at least. That way, next invoices will be correctly named once generated.

Hi Dieneke and Cristobal, We need to tweak some things so we can handle these new clients well and hopefully grow this year. I would like to use this chat as our main hangout to discuss things. Please make sure the OI app is running on your phones. Also I would like to not have status meetings each week. Instead I would like to have a team huddles as needed. Ideally a minimum 3 per week and no more than two per day. The idea is anyone can call a team huddle and we will try and attend as soon as possible or give the next available time that we can each attend. Also, Dieneke will try and check in at the end of meetings to help capture any follow ups tickets we need to create or close in the client portals. We are also going to try and use the My Tasks as much as possible and will hold each other accountable that way. Especially myself. So please assign tasks to me as needed

I tested CI HUB yesterday, connected Wordpress with Google Drive.
The tool is used to connect your Design or Publishing tools with a ton of DAM, Storage and Media stock services, I think we could be one of those.
My thoughts:
-Super smooth to setup, configure and use, it is a good tool.
-Feels little bit slow, but for the things it does I guess is ok
-At least in Wordpress Design is very simple but it works, as I can see in tutorial videos Plugin for Adobe suit is more complex and customizable.
I think in our side we will need to create a set of custom API calls, may be an exclusive App?, to be compatible with their calls and standards.
As I can see they use Search (free form), Folder based organization, Filters, 2 way upload/download, Taging (keyword search),, versioning, suggestions and multiple media sizes.
Everything that we actually have, could be only matter to adapt to their standards, handle authentications and all that.

I finally fixed emdialog issue, it was closing Media Viewer when Esc key, that.

Bad news are we only have 15 days (some of the dist servers only 7) days of access logs. Since this are Droplets and logs become very large, so at some point we reduced the amount of logs we keep.

Update: Still not update OI, I updated EM Portal with couple of issues:
-JS was all broken cause new versions
-Stripe was not loading too
-Fixed the select2 issues
